Thank you for ordering from Bella Beloved Boutique! We are SO happy that you are here and want to make your BB experience the BEST! Please read our shipping and return policy carefully to ensure that ordering with us is always a happy experience.
BIG THINGS TO MENTION:
Orders cannot be changed, modified, exchanged, or cancelled after they are placed.
Please note that the following items CANNOT be exchanged or returned. Final few items, custom products, discounted promotional items, BOGO items, flash sale items, and all print-on-demand items. Print on demand items are made especially for you when you place your order; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have an issue with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at bellabelovedboutique@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 2 days of receiving your order if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo of the defects in your email. We are not responsible for damages/defects due to shipping/handling or incorrect sizing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at bellabelovedboutique@gmail.com with your name, order number, and what you are returning/exchanging. From there, if your return is accepted, we will send you information on how to begin the process. Please allow 3-5 business days for our company to receive your return request, and 7-10 business days for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped to you.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
Other than in the instance of a damaged item, Bella Beloved Boutique does not offer refunds for any of our products.
If you would like to return a product, you can receive a store credit in exchange. Please email bellabelovedboutique@gmail.com for this request.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit is approved or not.
